Deborah and her husband, Alphonso Pinkney have been foster parents to over 60 children through out Pennsylvania for almost twenty years. During those years, Deborah envisioned a facility that would care for adolescent girls and their babies, teaching them life skills and preparing them for a successful future. Through much prayer and dedication, the House of Ruth has flourished into a dynamic program which provides young mothers with a safe and structured learning environment and serves adolescents in numerous counties throughout Pennsylvania.
